Moelfre Sock /// comforted.slip.unwind : Merino Sock

Moelfre is a tiny harbour village on the island of Anglesey, it also has one of the smallest wool shops I have ever visited. Part of my Anglesey range, Moelfre is all the colours to remind me of sitting at the harbour with an ice cream.

Yarn perfect for knitting socks, but also shawls…Wool offers warmth and comfort, nylon provides durability and strength required for the hard wearing nature of socks.  Why not knit a one skein shawl or knit with a several colours for a larger shawl such as a Stephen West design, let your imagination run riot.  I recommend the Starburst Shawl and combine with a stunning green such Vondlepark…

Please note all of these skeins are hand dyed therefore are unique.  If you are using more than one skein in your project I recommend you alternate skeins regularly in your work
