Atticusboo - Bamboo and Merino 4ply

If you ever go to Buxton you need to be aware of one of our local treasures Atticusboo in the beautiful Cavendish Arcade. Possibly the smallest and most gorgeous department stores in England selling gifts and deliciousness for children and adults alike.
As a little tribute to this gorgeous shop I have dyed a range of Atticusboo yarns including Sparkle Sock, bamboo, merino singles and mohair.

I like bamboo as it is a fast growing sustainable crop and spun with merino wool creates a super warm, soft and bouncy yarn. Why not knit a one skein shawl or knit with a several colours for a larger shawl. It works well as a single ply or combined with a fingering weight yarn, crochets and drapes like a dream.
